Cooking with Sandy is back for the new year and whipping up some tasty delights!!
The Little Bites, Big Flavor Cooking Class kicked off 2013 with a bang! Using gourmet products from Stonewall Kitchen, Davis and Davis, and Rothschild Farm, Sandy created delicious masterpieces that teased the taste buds.
The Tuscan White Beans dish was the favorite of the evening! Here’s how to make it:
Sandy drizzled Tuscan Dipping Oil, from the Davis & Davis gourmet line, over a mix of 2 cans of Great Northern Beans (rinsed and drained), chopped yellow and red peppers (1 each), 1 chopped red onion. She gently stirred the, the oil, beans, peppers, and onions and then added 3 T. of fresh basil and sprinkled crumbled feta cheese on top. Simple, easy, and delicious!
